Avada Order Editing lets customers fix order mistakes themselves—wrong address, wrong size, wrong quantity, an item to add or remove—right from the Order Status Page. Changes sync with Shopify automatically: extra charges via secure payment link, refunds to the original payment, inventory adjusted, every edit logged.
