Novece Cookie Consent is built for GDPR, UK GDPR and ePrivacy: your storefront asks EU and UK visitors before any tracker you configured runs, and every choice goes to Shopify's Customer Privacy API and into a timestamped log. Settings are inlined, so the banner asks no server at load - under 8KB, async, never render-blocking. Google Consent Mode v2 is on by default and covers the tags you add here; a tag hardcoded in your theme's head, or inside GTM, loads first and stays out of reach.
