ECS Contact Form Builder helps merchants create and manage custom forms for contact requests, quotes, product enquiries, registrations, and lead capture. Merchants can build forms with drag-and-drop fields, add conditional logic and multi-step flows, protect submissions with Google reCAPTCHA, collect file uploads through Shopify Files, and display forms on the storefront as popups or embedded theme blocks. Submissions can be viewed, exported, and analyzed from Shopify Admin.
