Customers who buy a Shopify gift card online expect to use it in your store too. Without a way to redeem gift cards in person, staff have to turn the customer away, which costs a sale and creates a bad experience. GiftScan solves this without a POS integration. Staff scan the QR code from the customer's gift card email, see the balance, and redeem the amount they're spending. The redemption applies directly to the Shopify gift card, so balances stay accurate everywhere it's used
