GoRespond connects your store to WhatsApp Business via the GoRespond platform. When order events happen, customers automatically receive WhatsApp messages. Setup takes under 2 minutes. Install the app, paste your GoRespond API key, select which events to enable, and save. No coding required. Supported events: order placed, order fulfilled, order cancelled, refund issued, and abandoned checkout. Requires a GoRespond account (separate service).
