Mayra lets customers fix and add to their own orders after checkout, in their Shopify account, so your team handles fewer change requests. They can update the shipping address, change quantities, swap variants, add or remove items, and cancel, within rules you set: edit window, allowed actions, refunds, and order limits. Extra charges and refunds are settled automatically through Shopify. Give store credit to keep a sale when a customer cancels, and recommend relevant products during edits.
