Typed reviews are work - most customers won't write 200 words. But they'll tap a link and talk for 30 seconds, especially on their phones. Parlata emails the customer after fulfillment with a one-tap recorder. They record, AI transcribes and cleans up the text, you approve in Shopify Admin. Approved reviews show on the product page with both audio and transcript. Bilingual (English + Spanish), works on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. No app, no account, no password for the customer.
