AI Extend credits are sold separately across all plans.

Will resizing my images slow down my store?

No — the app is designed to do the opposite. It includes automatic image optimization (compression and quality control) as part of the resize process, which can actually improve page load speed. What happens to my original product photos if I don't like the results?

AI Extend uses generative AI to intelligently expand the background of a product photo to fill a target aspect ratio — no cropping of the subject and no plain-color border added. Crop trims the image to fit, and Frame adds a solid-color border. AI Extend credits are purchased separately ($5 for 35, $25 for 200, $50 for 500), except on Pro and Unlimited plans which include a monthly credit allowance.

Does it work on all images in my store — banners, blog photos, slideshows — or just product images?

Pixc: AI Photo Resize is built specifically for product images only. It does not resize banner images, slideshow images, blog images, or other non-product media. If you need to resize those image types, you would need a different tool.
