Send your customer a branded proof email with photos of the work and a clear price. They approve in one tap on a page with your logo on it, or ask for a change first. Approval creates the draft order and sends a Shopify invoice, so payment, taxes and the order record stay in your store. You can take a deposit up front and collect the balance when the work is ready.
