About this app
ScaleIVR helps merchants verify cash-on-delivery orders using automated IVR calls. When a COD order is received, the app calls the customer and lets them confirm or cancel the order using their phone. The response is recorded and the Shopify order is updated accordingly. Merchants can configure call templates, retry settings, and view verification activity and call results.
