Running an affiliate program usually means spreadsheets, discount codes, and manual payouts. Sprout handles all of it inside your Shopify admin. Affiliates apply through your signup link and get a referral link once you approve them. Sprout tracks their sales automatically, calculates flat or tiered commissions, and holds each payout until orders clear refunds. Affiliates track their earnings in a portal, and you pay by PayPal or record other methods by hand.
