FT Post Purchase Surveys adds two surveys to the order confirmation page. One asks buyers to rate the order with emoji, stars or numbers and leave a comment. The other asks how buyers found you: write your own options and let them pick several. Every question, label and message is editable. The dashboard tracks your CSAT score, charts channel shares and links each answer to its order. Setup is no code and surveys load after payment. The app is free: unlimited responses, no paid tier.
