Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan, or do I have to pay to start using it?

Yes, there is a free Starter plan, but it limits you to editing, exporting, and importing up to 10 products at a time. Paid plans start at $30/month (Basic) and go up to $120/month (Professional), unlocking unlimited products per task, scheduled edits, recurring automations, inventory sync jobs, and longer edit history. Dev stores have no limits until launch.

If I make a mistake on a bulk edit, can I undo it?

Yes. When you edit products, the app stores the field values before and after the edit. You can revert any bulk edit with a single click — including rolling back post-sale price changes or correcting errors — without needing to manually re-enter data.

Will this app slow down my storefront or conflict with my theme?

No. The app interacts directly with the Shopify API and does not need access to your theme at all. This means it works with any Shopify theme and has zero impact on your storefront's load speed.

What product fields can I actually bulk edit?

You can bulk edit virtually all product data: prices, titles, descriptions, tags, SKUs, barcodes, inventory, metafields (including metaobjects), Google Shopping fields, collections, and more. You can also bulk delete products and connect inventory to locations in bulk.

Can I use my existing Excel or CSV spreadsheet, or do I have to reformat everything?

You can upload your existing Excel or CSV file without reformatting — just map your columns to Shopify's fields and the app handles the rest. It also exports to CSV, Excel, Matrixify/Excelify, and Google Shopping formats, and you can choose to export only the specific fields you need.

Can I schedule bulk edits in advance — for example, to run a sale and then automatically revert prices?

Yes. You can schedule edits with specific start and end dates, set up recurring automations (e.g., recurring sale prices), and the app will automatically undo price changes once the sale period ends. Scheduling is available on the Basic plan ($30/month) and above.

What do other merchants say about support and reliability?

The app holds a 4.9-star rating across 743+ reviews on the Shopify App Store, with 97% of ratings being 5 stars. Merchants frequently highlight the responsive and helpful customer support team, with one reviewer noting that a niche bug was not only fixed but prompted the developers to ship additional features. It has also earned the 'Built for Shopify' badge, indicating it meets Shopify's highest standards for performance, design, and integration.
