Paid plans start at $6.99/month (Essential) and scale up to $29.99/month (Enterprise), each with a 7-day free trial.
How long does setup take — can I do it myself without a developer?
No developer is needed. DingDoong is designed to be installed and configured without any coding skills. The setup involves enabling the app embed in your theme, choosing your timezone and widget placement, customizing appearance, and defining your availability rules — all through a visual dashboard.
Does it work with my existing Shopify theme?
The app is designed to integrate with all Shopify themes out of the box. Most themes are fully supported without changes, though some custom or third-party themes may require minor adjustments. The support team is available to assist with theme-specific integration issues. The widget appearance is also customizable via CSS to match your store's branding.
Can I restrict delivery to only my local service area — and block dates when I'm closed?

What happens to my scheduled order data if I uninstall the app?
Orders placed through DingDoong are tagged with auto date & time tags directly in your Shopify admin orders, so the delivery date information is stored in Shopify itself. However, the app's built-in calendar view, delivery zone rules, and configuration settings would be lost upon uninstall. It is advisable to export order data to CSV before uninstalling.
