There is no permanent free plan, but Gift Reggie offers a 7-day free trial on the Basic ($9/month) and Essentials ($15/month) plans, and a 30-day free trial on the Professional ($30/month) and Expert ($40/month) plans. Paid plans also charge a small per-registry overage fee once you exceed the included registry allotment (e.g., $0.75/month per registry over 5 on the Basic plan).
