Buyers can opt in to ship protection and merchant-defined perks (return vouchers, fast shipping, exclusive content). The service is paid by the buyer; merchants may add their own optional markup on top. Delivery protection is handled behind the scenes. Merchants get a private dashboard to design and configure perks, set markups, and view reports.
