About this app
This app allows merchants to collect additional order or customer information directly at checkout or through the cart. Merchants can add up to ten custom fields, including text, date, textarea, dropdown, and checkbox options. These fields can be tailored to specific business needs, such as capturing delivery dates, customer birthdays, or referral sources. All custom fields support multiple language translations for all active store languages.
