QuickReturns runs returns and exchanges end to end. Customers raise a request in a branded portal, choose an exchange, store credit or a refund, and get automatic status updates. You set return windows, non-returnable items, reasons and fees per product or collection. Rules auto-approve, auto-refund and auto-issue credit so your team stops working a shared inbox. Customers can exchange several items in one request, and returns sync back to your inventory, WMS and ERP so stock stays accurate.
