How does order fulfillment actually work — do I have to manually place every order?

No manual order placement is needed. Sup Dropshipping automatically syncs with your Shopify store, so new orders appear in the Sup dashboard automatically. You just confirm the order and the Sup team handles purchasing, packing, and shipping on your behalf.

How long will my customers have to wait for their orders?

Shipping times vary by warehouse location. From the China warehouse, worldwide shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks. If you use their US warehouse, delivery is faster at roughly 3–10 days. This is generally slower than competitors like Spocket or HyperSKU, which is a known trade-off for the lower product costs.

Can I build my own brand with custom packaging and labels, or will packages arrive with generic/China branding?
