From 19 June 2026, EU Directive 2023/2673 (§ 356a BGB) requires every online shop to provide a withdrawal button. This app adds a visible button and a no login form to your theme in minutes, with no coding. Customers select the products they want to return and confirm in two steps. Both the customer and you receive a confirmation email automatically, and every request is tracked by status in your Shopify admin dashboard. Built in bot protection keeps submissions clean.
