Qualify X Survey helps merchants collect post-purchase feedback inside Shopify. Show surveys on Thank you and Order status pages, and optionally in the Online Store. Build surveys with multiple question types, rules, priority, scheduling, translations, and frequency control per order or per customer. Review results in the app, write responses to order metafields, and optionally export them to Google Sheets.
