EU law requires online stores to let customers withdraw from purchases within 14 days. This app adds a withdrawal button to your storefront. When a customer submits a withdrawal, the app records the timestamp, sends a confirmation email, and logs it in your dashboard. Setup takes two minutes. Guided onboarding creates your withdrawal page and places the form. All requests are stored with order number, timestamp and customer details.
