EU Directive 2023/2673 requires online retailers to offer electronic withdrawal from 19 June 2026. The app was developed under legal supervision and fulfils this obligation automatically. Customers find a clearly visible withdrawal button in your shop and submit their withdrawal through a form without logging in, partial withdrawals are supported. As a merchant, you manage all withdrawals in one dashboard, with automatic deadline checks and a complete history, and no theme changes.
