Do I need an existing Colissimo contract to use this app — or can I sign up through the app itself?

You must already hold a Colissimo Facilité or Privilège contract with La Poste before you can use the app. When you sign the contract, you receive login credentials that you then enter in the app to activate the Colissimo web services and link your account to your store. You can get a contract at colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr or by calling 3634.

Is there a free plan, or do I have to pay from day one?

There is no permanent free plan. The app starts at $22/month (Basic Plan) and goes up to $115/month (Plus Plan), with plans tied to your Shopify subscription tier. All plans come with a 7-day free trial so you can test the app before committing.

What core shipping features are included on every paid plan?

Every plan includes unlimited shipment and return labels, a customer-facing return page on the Front Office, multi-shipping (multiple labels per order), CN23 customs document generation for international shipments, Coliship compatibility, and dedicated support. The Plus Plan additionally unlocks pickup-point selection before payment and Premium-PLUS support.

Does it support international shipping and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM)?
