There is no permanent free plan — pricing starts at $99/month for stores processing 0–2,500 orders, scaling up to $599/month for 10,000–20,000 orders/month. However, a free trial is included with every plan (7 days on the entry tier, 14 days on higher tiers), and all plans include access to every feature from day one.

Will my 3PL or fulfillment software get confused when customers make edits?

The app acts as an integration platform that stops your 3PL or ERP from pulling orders from Shopify until the editing window has closed, so warehouse picks never start on an order that's still being modified. It has verified integrations with ShipHero, Fulfil.io, Brightpearl, NetSuite, Celigo, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, among others.

What exactly can customers edit, and do I control what they're allowed to change?

Customers can self-service edit their shipping address, product variants, quantities, swap or add products, change shipping method, apply a discount code, or cancel the order entirely. Merchants have full control — every feature can be toggled on or off, and you set the time window during which editing is permitted (the most popular window used by merchants is 30 minutes post-purchase).
