EU rules require an always-visible option to withdraw from a purchase on your online store. Shopify's built-in returns work from the order status page, so the storefront itself still needs a public button. This app adds it. Customers request a return or cancellation in two steps, with no login. Order number and email are enough. Every request syncs to Shopify returns, and the customer receives an automatic confirmation email.
