Storeloop lets shoppers fix and add to their own orders after checkout, so merchants handle fewer manual order changes. From the thank-you and order status pages, customers can update their shipping address, contact details, quantities or delivery method, cancel for a refund, or view a receipt, within limits the merchant sets. Storeloop can also show a post-checkout offers so customers add more to their order increasing AOV, and every change applies to the real Shopify order.
