The question nobody answers is the one that ends the visit. Convi answers from your own catalogue, pages, policies and FAQs, with product cards the shopper adds to the cart. In chat, the AI chatbot replies in the shopper's own language. It reads live Shopify data for order questions, and emails a code before a cancel or address change.
