Vaarden turns your Shopify support inbox into AI-assisted help. It reads each customer email, matches it to their order, and drafts a reply in your brand's voice using that order's real details. You review every reply before it sends. It learns your tone from past replies and answers common questions from a knowledge base you control. It also handles returns and exchanges: customers request on a self-service page, you approve, and refunds issue when items arrive back.
