Parcelvana adds a branded, self-serve order tracking page to your store. Customers can check their own orders instead of contacting support. They look up an order by order number and email, or by tracking number, and see real-time status, a delivery progress view, an estimated delivery date, and a full event timeline — on a page with your logo and theme. In the admin, track every shipment with search, filters, history, and delivery analytics. Pages support five languages.
